After its playable demo during the recent Jump Festa in Japan, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII is getting more and more fans (both old and new FF-fans alike) ecstatic. The demo has two playable modes, one involving an invasion of Wutai - that’s Yuffie’s hometown - and another that involves a battle with Ifrit.
Speaking of combat, this Square Enix title is an action-RPG and will be far different from the turn-based battles of the original FFVII. Kind of like a real-time active-time sort of deal involving using up Action Points and a random Slot system.
While this scan is in Japanese, you don’t need to understand the text just to get all excited. It’s a scan from “V-Jump” and has some stills of cinematics (which we’ve seen before) and a couple of new gameplay screenshots thrown in… curiouser and curiouser…
The Japanese release this Spring isn’t too far off, but what most of us wonder is when it’ll come over to our side of the world. Don’t worry, we’ll get more info on this soon enough. Keep the materia in your pocket and watch this space!

More stuff from the rumor mill, so your salt-shakers better be ready. It seems that a survey Sony sent out last night has caused some people to think that the PSP Porn may be headed for a revamp in the near future.
In an article over at Kotaku, Luke Plunkett talks about the survey, citing one particular question - “Would you buy another PSP Porn system if it included a hard drive and/or video out?” - as the most telling. What really piqued his curiosity is that the HDD add-on is mentioned twice in the survey.
So, what do you guys think? Just to be safe, we’re looking at this like PSP Porn-Users-Want-TV/pg/49/aid/61088″>that poll ITMedia conducted to see what PSP Porn accessory the Japanese public would like to see most. Then again, the most telling question does ask PSP Porn OWNERS if they would buy ANOTHER one if the HDD add-on was, well, added on, so depending on how the results of this survey go, we just might be seeing a reduction in the load times of future PSP Porn games.

Gotta say one thing about Britain - they love their soccer. And we’re not just talking about the Manchester United fans - we’re talking EA’s FIFA 07, which takes the number one spot. This makes it the fourth year that EA’s kept the lead at the UK charts.

The other day’s brief report about the coming PSP Porn/pg/49/aid/76554″>video download service for the PSP Porn is getting hotter, with various gaming sites pumping opinions and reports into it. As if to join the wild and yet-to-be-named circus, Sony-owned site, PSP Porn Connect, recently re-launched and added some PSP Porn content as well as free short video downloads into their site (which you can check out through the Read link below).
Given all these, we all know that this is only the beginning. Now, we couldn’t help but wonder if Sony should just stop right about now. By that, we meant stick with the free short video downloads. Everybody remembers UMD movies and everybody knows they didn’t quite take off.
Why? Honestly, who among us is willing to buy a movie that is formatted to play just on our handhelds? Economics dictates that high supply and low demand equals higher prices. Also, the previous report mentioned that a 4GB Sony memory stick has the capacity to store 10 feature films.
I hate to turn this into a “classroom experience” for everyone as it is already your Christmas break, but 10 feature films compressed in 4GB? A good movie formatted into a DVD is around 8GB. A VCD quality of the same movie, on the other hand, is around 650MB. So, is it safe to assume that the quality of these so-called feature films can be anticipated using these same computations? If it is, then 
how terrible that quality is!
Before you get angry, please understand that I’m just trying to speculate here. It is good that the PSP Porn can be used other than just playing games. What I’m just saying is that the UMD movies failed before therefore a movie service is a lot of risk. Maybe, Sony should consider lowering the price (they haven’t announced anything yet) or even make it free. Invent something. Play jazz!

There’s a report over at PalArt.net that claims that aside from the pretty animated cut-scenes, Final Fantasy Tactics: The Lion War for the Sony PSP Porn will have Ad-Hoc multiplayer. The report says that the text (we assume that he translates this loosely from raw Japanese) reads “Wireless Battle.”
FFT with a versus mode? Co-op battles perhaps? Anyway, we’re not tagging this bit as rumor as the source claims that he got this info from the Japanese text. Moreover, incorporating multiplayer does seem like a sensible improvement.
However, we are still a bit skeptical about this ourselves. We’ll keep digging into this topic. We’ll update you if we find any further details or confirmation regarding this claim. Oh, and if you guys want to check our source yourselves, you can use the URL on the VIA link below. Stay tuned.
